Your privacy is important to us, thus we will do our best to safeguard your personal information
and will not sell your information to any third party organization.  We do not store any credit card
information on our customers.
Payments

Payments for merchandise are only accepted through PayPal which has a high level of security
to protect you against fraud and identity theft.  You can make payments using a major credit card
or via a
PayPal customer account which is free of charge.
Shipping

All shipping charges are estimated for the continental United States only.  Therefore, shipping
costs may be underestimated for overseas locations, including Alaska and Hawaii.  In addition,
shipping costs may be over estimated on larger merchandise (i.e., furniture) within the
continental United States due to highly varying cost associated with distance and location.  We
will refund excessive shipping charges or contact you in the event that shipping will cost more
than estimated.  If you would like a more precise estimate of the shipping cost on larger
merchandise, please feel free to
contact us [note: include the item(s) you are interested in, your
name, city, zip code, and a way we can contact you].
Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return it within 30 days for a
full refund of the purchase price (shipping not included).  Care should be taken to return it in the
original packing to prevent damage to the product and to the address listed on the invoice.  If in
the rare event one of our products is defective, you can return the product to receive a
replacement or a refund of the purchase price.  In the case of a defective product, we will refund
your shipping cost.  
Contact us before returning an item and to receive a return label on larger
items (i.e., furniture).  If one of our products arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so
we can notify the carrier of damage that may be covered by shipping insurance.
Warrantee

We warrantee are products against major defects, such as cracking of the wood on desk
instruments, for a 1 year period from the date of purchase.  If on the rare occasion a major
defect occurs under normal use,
contact us to obtain a shipping address to return the item to
Stenger Woodworking.  We reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our own discretion.  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Defects which occur beyond the
warrantee period may be repairable at a reasonable charge to the customer; however, please
contact us before returning any item.
